These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of lesbrownenterprises.com and any inquiry or application you submit through it. The site is operated by The Les Brown Company, doing business as Les Brown Enterprises, 8531 Addison Road, Jacksonville, FL 32208. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who you are dealing with. The legal entity behind this website is The Les Brown Company. Les Brown Enterprises is a registered trade name, or DBA, of The Les Brown Company. The two names refer to the same business. Every agreement, notice, claim, request or obligation arising from this site is with The Les Brown Company.

This site is owned and operated by The Les Brown Company. Les Brown Enterprises is a trade name of The Les Brown Company and is not a separate entity. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Les Brown Company. Any contract you enter into as a result of using this site is with The Les Brown Company, regardless of which name appears on the page, the form, the invoice or the correspondence.

2. What This Site Is

This site provides information about Les Brown's speaking and leadership engagements and lets you submit an inquiry or an application. It is a starting point for a conversation. Nothing on it is an offer to enter a contract, and nothing on it creates a professional, advisory or fiduciary relationship between us.

3. Booking Inquiries Are Not Bookings

Submitting the availability form does not book, hold, reserve or confirm a date.

  • A date is booked only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement.
  • Availability shown or discussed is subject to change until that agreement is signed.
  • We may decline any inquiry for any lawful reason.
  • Response times are targets, not guarantees.
About the fee range. The figure shown on this site is an indicative range across formats, locations and add ons. It is not a quote, an offer, or a price commitment. Your actual fee is set in writing after we understand the engagement.

4. Partner Applications

The book partnership application is an application only. Submitting it does not create any agreement, grant any rights, or obligate us to work with you. There is no fee to apply. Every application is reviewed, acceptance is entirely at our discretion, and we are not obligated to give a reason for a decision. Any partnership, including any use of Les Brown's name, likeness, foreword or endorsement, exists only under a separate signed written agreement.

5. The Community

The membership community is operated at hfgcommunity.com and is governed by the terms and policies posted there, not by these Terms. Membership terms, pricing and availability are set on that site.

6. Our Content

All content on this site, including text, design, layout, graphics, video, and the Les Brown Enterprises and The Les Brown Company names and logos, is owned by The Les Brown Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.

7. Third Party Names And Logos

Company names, trademarks and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are displayed to identify organizations that have engaged Les Brown or at which he has spoken. Their appearance does not imply any current relationship, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement by those organizations of The Les Brown Company or of anything offered on this site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Severability And Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this site, and they do not replace or modify any signed engagement agreement between us.

18. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
